MATERIAL & CARE
1. What materials are the ceramics made of?
All my pieces are made from high-fired stoneware clay, which makes them strong and durable. However, as with all handmade ceramics, they should be treated with care and not exposed to sudden temperature changes.
PAYMENT
1. What payment methods are accepted online?
In the online shop, I accept all standard credit cards via Wix’s secure payment system. All transactions are safe and encrypted.
2. Can I pay in person?
Yes! If you visit in person, you can pay with cash or with commonly used bank or credit cards.
3. Can I pay with MobilePay?
Yes – for customers in Finland, I offer additionally MobilePay, a fast and secure way to pay directly from your mobile device.
4. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes – All online payments are processed through Wix’s secure system, keeping your payment information safe all the time.
5. Can I combine payment methods?
Currently, each order must be paid using a single payment method. If you have special requests, feel free to contact me.
ORDERS & CHANGES
1. Can I request a custom piece?
If you see something you love but want it a little differently, I can create a custom ceramic piece in your preferred colour, shape or size.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’d like to make any changes or need to cancel your order, please contact me asap. I’ll be happy to help and will do my best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
1. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order. During checkout, a shipping fee will be applied. The exact cost will be determined automatically based on the combined weight of all items and your delivery location.
2. How will my ceramics be packaged?
Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely, reflecting the same care with which it was made.
3. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, provided all items are in stock. If your order includes products that need to be made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipping. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
4. Which delivery service do you use?
I primarily ship orders with DHL, as it provides reliable and timely delivery.
Delivery times depend on your location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
I truly hope you’ll love your new ceramic piece. Each item is handmade and unique, which means small variations in colour, texture, and form are part of its natural charm and not considered defects.
However, if the piece doesn’t feel right for you, you have the right to return it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. Unfortunately, I’m not able to cover return shipping costs.
2. How should I return an item?
Returned pieces must be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once I receive the item in its original, undamaged state, I will issue a refund for the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
3. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the piece and the packaging. I’ll be happy to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair or refund.
